Eat And Earn 242 loyalty program operates under the following terms and conditions:

1. Valid only at participating Eat and Earn 242 Locations.
2. Offers and rules may vary by restaurant, retail outlet, and/or promotion.
3. Must be 18+ to participate in the rewards program.
4. Points and rewards cannot be redeemed for cash and have no cash value.
5. Points are non-transferable, and may not be combined with other member's accounts.
6. Members can redeem up to 500 points towards a purchase.
7. All program matters or disputes are decided by Eat and Earn 242 and are final.
8. Points are only credited to your account with a valid receipt from a participating Eat and Earn 242 restaurant or retailer, within 30 days of a visit.
9. One point is awarded per one dollar spent on menu/retail items not including tax, delivery fees and gratuity. Participating items are subject to change and vary by location.
10. The rewards program may be changed or discontinued at any time at the sole discretion of Eat and Earn 242.
11. Personally identifiable information that may be collected in connection with visitors is retained by Eat and Earn 242 and is not sold, transferred or otherwise disclosed outside the company, except where disclosure is required by law.
12. E-mail addresses and other personally identifiable information about rewards members are known only when voluntarily submitted, for example, via registration to the rewards program, sweepstakes or contests.
13. Lost or stolen cards must immediately be reported to support@eatandearn242.com
14. Eat and Earn points expire on January 31st of each year.
